How long is the FREE plan valid and what happens after 1 month?
The FREE plan is valid for 1 month (30 days) from activation. When you order a paid plan — SHARED ($1.99/mo, up to 10 customers per server) or PERSONAL (7 days free · up to 400 Mbps and your own IP address) — your FREE plan and its saved route are also kept and continue working without time limits alongside your paid plan.
Do I have to follow a channel?
No. Joining the community is optional and does not affect access to FREE.
What happens to my paid VPN?
Nothing. Setting up FREE does not switch or cancel your existing services.
Why do I share the IP address?
FREE runs on a pool where up to 50 customers use one server at a time, so the channel and IP address are shared. If you need your own, choose PERSONAL.
FREE terms and fair use
FREE has no traffic limit, but it is meant for everyday personal use. Mass automated downloading, large-scale file sharing, reselling access, running public services and any use that slows the service for other customers are not allowed and may lead to a lower speed or a suspension.
Speed is up to 10 Mbps per account, one active device at a time and up to two route points. Capacity is limited: access depends on the places available in the FREE pool.
Up to 50 customers use one server at the same time and share its channel and IP address. Because of this, some websites may restrict or block the shared address, and we cannot guarantee access to a particular website.
To run FREE we keep your chosen locations, the profile country and your routing rules. We do not record the websites you visit or the content of your traffic. Websites on the direct list connect over your regular connection and are not protected by the VPN.
We may suspend FREE if these terms are violated. Your paid VPNs are not affected.
